The cost and timeline to achieve your goals depends on the classification and complexity of your device, structure of your organization, regulatory objectives, and current state of your processes and documentation. Here is what to expect of our inquiry and onboarding process. Of course we will always hold your information in strict confidentiality at each step of our collaboration, whether you collaborate with us or not.

Our Intro Call is complimentary. On this call we will gather a synopsis of your project and goals and provide an overview of onboarding process options. The information we will gather from you on this call will be handled confidentially and will help us get to know your goals and needs. It will also help us define the timeline and cost of your next step or suggest alternatives.

After the Intro Call, we can provide a price tag for step 2, which will consist of a confidential internal audit (as Remote Documentation Review, and/ or on-site Project Definition Review, or combination of both). The Assessment Report developed from this process is your to keep. We call it the Roadmap Reporta valuable and detailed tool, disclosing the keys for precise project execution. In it you will get the details and clarity on your project to decide if you want your in-house staff to run with it or to contract us for project execution. If you want to contract us for the project execution, we will move on to step 3, while the Roadmap Report for your project will be a living document that ensures you stay in control of your project at each Milestone stage.

Our engagement contractw, upon project launch, details Milestones, timelines and costs, and lets you stay in control of your project every step of the way. We confidently and proudly offer measurable accountability throughout the project process, providing higher quality Consulting Services with Cost & Risk Reduction built in at every Milestone stage, where you stay in control of your project.
